What we collect
When you request a walkthrough, we collect the name, phone, email, property address, and notes you enter. We use them to contact you and schedule your visit, and we keep them in our customer records.
Ad measurement with Facebook
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It records page views, taps on our phone number, and walkthrough requests, along with your browser details and the page you came from, and shares them with Meta Platforms so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and show ads to people likely to be interested. When you send a walkthrough request, we may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your contact details to match the request to an ad.
Your choices
You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings, with an ad blocker, or in your Facebook ad preferences. To have us stop sharing your request details or delete them, email us or call and we will take care of it.
We never sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run our business and our ads.
