Party Package
A guest-ready reset before a party, or a cleanup after it: a full Dock Check, Back Patio & Shoreline Check, and front porch reset, with tubes, skis, wakeboards, life jackets, towels, and lake gear set out. Photo report when done. Booked based on availability.

What memberships cover
Each visit covers your plan's checklist. Extra time beyond your visit is discussed with you first and billed separately. Project work, renovations, installations, materials, and outside vendor invoices are billed separately and approved before work begins.
Rental properties
We're not a rental management company. We don't handle contracts or money between renters and owners, but we do coordinate contractors, schedule work, and invoice the property owner.
